What Is the Difference Between VR and AR Headsets?
VR headsets fully immerse the wearer in a computer-generated environment, blocking out the real world through an enclosed display. Both are popular for events, but they serve different goals.
How Many Screens Do You Need for a Multi-Room Conference?
A multi-room conference needs at least one screen per active breakout room, sized to that room’s viewing distance, plus extra screens for registration desks, signage, and any overflow seating. A typical event with four or five simultaneous tracks usually needs between six and ten screens in total once every space is counted. Screen size should scale with room capacity and content type, ranging from 55 to 65-inch displays for small breakout rooms up to 98-inch screens or projection setups for large general sessions and keynotes.

Configuring 100 or more phones before delivery starts with a master device image covering approved apps, security settings, and MDM enrollment, then imaging every unit from that single template. Each phone is asset tagged, fitted with a SIM or eSIM profile, and run through automated boot, network, and sensor tests before packing. Failed units are quarantined and reimaged, never shipped. Devices are kitted with chargers, labelled by batch, and dispatched against a delivery manifest, so every phone arrives at your event identical, tested, and ready to use.
