Can you pre-load our app on all the iPads before delivery?
Yes. We pre-install any app from the Apple App Store or via TestFlight across all units before dispatch. Provide your app details and Apple ID credentials when you confirm the order. All devices arrive with the app installed, your settings configured and your branding applied. No installation is required at your end.
Can the iPads be locked to one app so attendees cannot go elsewhere?
Yes. We configure Guided Access or a Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile on each iPad to restrict use to a single app or a defined set of apps. This is standard on survey and kiosk deployments and is set up at no additional charge. Attendees see only what you want them to see.
What is the minimum number of iPads I can rent?
There is no minimum order. We fulfill orders from a single iPad upward. Most event orders range from 10 to 500 units. Our largest single deployments have exceeded 1,000 units for national conferences and pharmaceutical trial programmes.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is one day. We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates. Multi-week and multi-month rentals for project-based deployments, office use or ongoing training programmes are available at significantly reduced rates.
Do the iPads come with internet connectivity?
All iPads are Wi-Fi enabled as standard. We configure your venue Wi-Fi credentials before dispatch so every device connects automatically when it arrives. 4G cellular data plans on US networks are available as an add-on for venues with unreliable Wi-Fi, outdoor events or any situation where a dedicated internet connection is required.
How quickly can you deliver for a last-minute booking?
For standard models in stock quantities, overnight FedEx delivery is available nationwide. Same-day delivery is available in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Call us directly for urgent requirements and we will confirm stock availability and the earliest possible delivery time within minutes.
What happens if a device is damaged during our event?
Accidental damage cover is available at an additional charge per unit per day. Without cover, standard liability applies as set out in the rental agreement. We recommend damage cover for all public-facing events, trade shows and outdoor activations where device handling by members of the public is expected.
