Alarmed security holders are available for all phone rental orders where devices are accessible to the public. The holder secures the phone to a stand or fixed surface and triggers a loud alarm if the cable is cut or the device is removed without the key. Available in countertop and floor-standing configurations. Phone rentals are available by the day, week or month. Daily rates apply for one-day events. Weekly rates apply for multi-day conferences and trade shows. Monthly rates are available for extended deployments including field research programmes, office use and pilot testing projects. For multi-city roadshows covering consecutive weeks in different US cities, we manage all locations under a single rental agreement. Conference and event phone rentals typically cover three distinct groups: event staff and crew who need devices for communication and scheduling, session facilitators who need phones loaded with polling or Q and A apps, and delegate-facing kiosk phones for registration, feedback and wayfinding. For a 500-delegate conference, a typical staff phone deployment is 20 to 40 devices for crew communication, 5 to 10 facilitator phones per day and 4 to 8 kiosk phones at registration and session entrances. We configure staff phones and kiosk phones differently in the same order and deliver them pre-labelled by role so your logistics team distributes them correctly on arrival.
Brand Activations & Exhibitions
Brand activation phone rentals focus on two applications: interactive demos and lead capture. App Pre-Loading and Device Configuration
Every phone rental can arrive with your app or apps pre-installed before dispatch. For iOS, we install from the App Store or via TestFlight for apps not yet in public release. For Android, we install from Google Play or sideload via APK for proprietary or internal-use apps. Specify your app name and platform when you book. We install, configure and test it on every device before dispatch. You do not need to manage app installation at the event.
For deployments where the phone must be locked to a single app – survey kiosks, registration phones, interactive demo stations – we configure iOS Guided Access or Android kiosk mode before dispatch. In Guided Access mode, the phone can only run your specified app. The home button, volume controls and all other functions are disabled. Visitors interact only with your content. The device cannot be used for calls, messaging or any other purpose. This configuration is set at our facility and verified before the phone ships.
For orders of 50 or more phones, we use Mobile Device Management (MDM) to deploy apps and configuration profiles across all devices simultaneously. MDM ensures every phone in a large fleet receives exactly the same app version, the same settings and the same restrictions. It also allows us to remotely wipe a lost or stolen device during your event without recovering the physical unit. For pharmaceutical and clinical trial deployments where data integrity is a regulatory requirement, MDM deployment provides the audit trail your compliance team needs.

Can you pre-load our app on all the phones before delivery?
Yes. For iOS, we install your app from the App Store or via TestFlight. For Android, we install from Google Play or sideload via APK. For orders of 50 or more phones, we use MDM to deploy the app simultaneously across all devices. Every phone is tested with your app before dispatch.
Can the phones be locked to a single app so users cannot go elsewhere?
Yes. iOS Guided Access restricts the iPhone to a single app with all other functions disabled. Android kiosk mode or Samsung Knox achieves the same result on Android phones. Both are configured before dispatch at no additional charge. Standard for survey, kiosk and interactive demo deployments.
What is the minimum number of phones I can rent?
There is no minimum order. We fulfill orders from a single phone upward. Most event orders range from 20 to 200 units. For survey and field research deployments, orders of 100 to 500 phones are common. For very large deployments above 500 units, contact us directly to confirm stock availability.
Do the phones come with cellular data?
All phones are Wi-Fi enabled as standard. For deployments requiring cellular data independent of venue Wi-Fi, 4G data SIMs on US networks (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are available as an add-on. Alternatively, we supply pre-configured MiFi routers that provide 4G connectivity to multiple phones from a single data plan. What happens if a phone is lost or damaged during the event?
For orders using our MDM management service, a lost phone can be remotely wiped within minutes of reporting it lost, removing all data and preventing unauthorised access. Accidental damage cover is available at an additional charge per unit per day. For orders above 50 phones, we include 10 percent pre-configured spare units at no additional charge. A replacement is available immediately without waiting for a second delivery.
