Every VR and AR headset rental arrives pre-loaded with your demo content or a selection of ready-to-use applications, sanitised between users, fully charged and tested. For public-facing events, our on-site technician stays with the headsets to supervise user rotations, clean headsets between users and troubleshoot any technical issues. You do not manage the headset station — we do.
Content Pre-Loaded and Ready
Every headset is pre-loaded with your specified VR or AR application before dispatch. For Meta Quest devices, we install from the Meta Quest App Store or sideload via App Lab or direct APK for custom applications not in public release. For HoloLens 2, we deploy applications via Microsoft Intune MDM or sideload via Device Portal. Apple Vision Pro apps are installed via TestFlight or the App Store. Your content plays on every headset in the fleet identically from the moment the user puts it on. For events without custom content, we provide a curated selection of ready-to-use VR experiences appropriate to your audience and event type.
Sanitised and Safe for Public Use
Every headset is fully sanitised between rentals using antiviral cleaning solution on all contact surfaces including the facial interface, head strap and controllers. For public-facing events where multiple users share a headset within the same session, we supply disposable facial interface covers with every headset rental. These cover the foam padding and are replaced between each user. Each pack of 50 disposable covers is sufficient for a typical one-day event with continuous user rotations. Our on-site technician manages the rotation, cleans the headset and replaces the cover between each user so your attendees always put on a clean device.
On-Site Technician and Technical Support
For VR and AR event deployments, on-site technician support is strongly recommended and available in Las Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London and Dubai. Our technician manages the full headset station: setting up the play area, briefing users before they put the headset on, supervising the experience, assisting users who encounter motion discomfort and resetting the headset for the next user. For multi-headset deployments running simultaneously, one technician covers up to 6 headsets. Remote technical support is available 24 hours a day for self-managed deployments.

What is the difference between VR and AR?
Virtual Reality replaces your entire field of view with a digital environment. You see nothing of the real world around you. Augmented Reality overlays digital content on top of the real world you are still seeing. Microsoft HoloLens 2 is an AR headset. You wear it and see the room around you, but with holographic objects projected into it.
